I have to agree...those were great seats.
I've only been to one nascar race, in Delaware and it was really exciting at first but then watching cars go round and round and round and round and round and round and round....well you get the idea....

Dover is a great track to go to cause you get to see the whole track, no matter where you sit. Pocono is a bit different. It is 2.5 miles, where as Dover is only 1 mile. There are many spots at Pocono where you don't get to see what is going on unless you are watching on the big screen. But Pocono has other things that Dover doesn't. One thing is how accessible the drivers, and teams are to the fans. Although blocked off by a heavy iron fence, you are able to see them working on the cars in the garage, see the drivers get into their cars, and even get an autograph or two, if you are lucky. The drivers also make a point to go to the trailers to autograph. Now they may do that at Dover, but I have never seen that. For the love of watching the race Dover is better, for the carnival atmosphere and fan friendliness, Pocono wins!!! Plus, Pocono boast the biggest toilet facility in the world, named "Long John"...(1000 stalls, NO LINES - EVEN FOR THE LADIES ROOM) And sometimes that is an important feature! LOL!

Wow, you know more about nascar racing then I.
Seems like Pocono would be more fun from my point of view but it is definitely an experience.
The funniest thing I saw was the sea of RVs around the track from all the people that devote their lives to traveling and watching Nascar.
